Creative Vinyasa Flow: A Fascia Friendly Approach for Teachers

Senior Teacher Caroline Tautz will be leading her second Gather & Grow small group workshop on 29th March.

Caroline’s last workshop ‘A Teacher’s Guide to Artful Assisting’ sold out several weeks before the workshop took place. Here’s what an attendee had to say about the session:

“Caroline taught the assists workshop with a humble and calm approach. The three-hour class was full of insightful ways that teachers can assist with sensitivity and intelligence, passing on her wealth of expert knowledge in this area. I'd highly advise any wellness teacher to attend one of Caroline's sessions as I learned so much in such a short space of time. I can already see a difference in the way I approach assists with my students, and I'll take on this invaluable knowledge into all my future classes.” (Lara, November 2017)

'Clare's class is my absolute favourite of the week. She provides a supportive, restorative atmosphere often with relaxing, contemporary music. I always feel safely guided in her classes and extremely relaxed after her long savasanas. Overall, she provides a much needed source of contemplation and calm to my day.' - Liz

'A true authentic teacher, a class with Clare is unlike others. Poses are held long enough to find a safe correct alignment, guided by clear verbal cues allowing space to fully surrender. Sequences are creative, with many variations to suit beginners and more experienced yogis of all ages. She also has the best playlists! Clare is by far my favourite teacher in London and I would highly recommend everyone to experience her magical classes.' - Maria

Psst, teachers....
