Embodied Yoga

Embodied movement isn’t just about finding a deeper sense of grounding, presence and connection in the body, it also ushers in a greater sense of routing in life.

My yoga classes are an invitation to dive into sensation and move with your body through slow, intuitive and free movement. You’ll be guided to explore from a place of feeling and meet yourself wherever you at with compassion because lets face it, we could all do with a little more of that.

A true authentic teacher, a class with Clare is unlike others. Poses are held long enough to find a safe correct alignment, guided by clear verbal cues allowing space to fully surrender. Sequences are creative, with many variations to suit beginners and more experienced yogis of all ages. She also has the best playlists! Clare is by far my favourite teacher in London and I would highly recommend everyone to experience her magical classes.
