I’m a certified yoga teacher and lead both public and private sessions in London.
My classes incorporate a free, slow and spacious approach to movement.
They hold space for more intuitive ways of moving and feeling into sensation.
The act of moving mindfully is a wonderful antidote to the fullness and pace of city living. It encourages a deeper sense of embodiment and offers a replenishing pause from ‘doing mode’.
To me movement is something to enjoy, explore and play with, my classes are a reflection of this.
Less about creating particular shapes I offer lots of options to flow freely and move from a feeling place.
I’m a qualified Restorative Yoga teacher and a big advocate of intentional, supported rest as a way of countering stress and boosting resiliency.
