THE YOGA

We offer accessible movement, breath practice and deep rest to bring you back home to your body. With an emphasis on listening to your own intuitive preference and following your curiosity, you’ll experience real nourishment and appreciation for your body as we move and find stillness together.

There’s no pressure but there will be joyful connection with your body’s capacity, with options to feel strength and balance or allow yourself to rest. By the time you leave you’ll be feeling a million more times in your body than at the beginning of the retreat, with a renewed commitment to listening and looking after yourself.

The yoga with Chloe and Clare leaves me feeling so centred in my body and in touch with how I’m feeling both physically and mentally. The way Chloe and Clare teach is so thoughtful and in a way that means people really do go at their own pace and move their bodies in a way that feels good for them. And well the restorative yoga is equivalent to the best afternoon of sleep going!

I can’t thank you enough for the beautiful, restorative weekend that you created at West Lexham. Everything about it was fantastic. The perfect balance of activity, company, and peaceful rest. The yoga was energising in the morning and super restorative before bed. The food was delicious and hearty but also felt really nourishing. The sharing circle felt safe and supportive and totally magical. I’ve been home two days now and I still feel completely Zen.
